The PTW Ruby Phantom is designed as a modular phantom with the possibility of a variety of application-specific inserts. The RUBY Phantom makes it possible to do a combination of versatility and flexibility in radiotherapy QA. The PTW RUBY can perform integrated tests of the entire treatment chain, due to one basic phantom. The design makes it possible to add and expand QA capabilities when you need them.
The RUBY Phantom can make a comprehensive end-to-end testing of the entire process with one single insert. It also has the feature of a measurement-based patient-specific plan verification, which includes a non-coplanar treatment, with film and different detector types. It can do alignment checks of the entire system, including 6D couches. The Phantom has CT markers on all inserts to enhance visibility. It has tissue-equivalent materials that follow ICRU-44/-46 standards.
For the OCTAVIUS® there is optional accessories for OCTAVIUS systems except for OCTAVIUS 4D.
To mention some of the items available for Octavius. It is the OCTAVIUS mobile QA Trolley (T40053). The Trolley is robust and functionally designed to conveniently store and move OCTAVIUS phantom and detector. Other Accessory items is the film Measurement (T40054.1.015) and polystyrene holding device for OCTAVIUS octogonal phantom to insert a GafChromic® EBT / EBT 2 film (max. size 20.32 cm x 25.4 cm, 8“ x 10“) for film measurements. There is insert plates for OCTAVIUS phantom with cavities to allow point measurements with up to nine 0.125 cm3 semiflex ionization chambers. Unneeded cavities can be closed with blind plugs.
To mention other items is the Inhomogeneity Phantom (L981296). An acrylic phantom to test RTPS system with consideration of inhomogeneities. There is BQ-CHECK (T42030) which is a energy verification phantom. Also a Universal Gantry Mount (L981023), whcih is a Vendor-specific gantry holding device designed to keep PTW ionization chamber arrays secure at isocenter at any gantry position.
OCTAVIUS® I, 729
The OCTAVIUS® I, 729 is a IMRT patient plan verification and LINAC QA. It provides a matrix of 729 detectors resulting in an effective measuring field of 27 cm x 27 cm.
The OCTAVIUS® I, 729 avoids detector ageing effects by utilizing ion chambers. It has a gold Standard ionization chamber technology aswell as an absolute dose calibration at 60Co
The OCTAVIUS® I, 729 has a complete field coverage with Merge seven29. It has one detector with multiple applications aswell as it is suitable for FFF LINACs.
STARCHECK® 2D Chamber Array
The STARCHECK® 2D Chamber Array is a Chamber matrix system to measure high resolution star profiles of high-energy therapy beams in real-time.
The STARCHECK® 2D Chamber Array measures high resolution profiles along the principal axes and along the diagonals with 3 mm spatial resolution.
The Champer Array checks the start-up behaviour aswell as checks the positions of MLC leaves. The STARCHECK® 2D Chamber Array checks congruence between light field and radiation field and beam quality with dedicated phantoms.
Beam Adjust Software
The Beam Adjust Software is a QA software for online display of profiles acquired by different PTW arrays. It displays up to four profiles in real-time.
The Beam Adjust Software is an online analysis with color coded adjustment parameters, it also displays a reference curve.
The Beam Adjust Software creates a comprehensive data analysis according to selectable dosimetry protocols and the protocols of the accelerator manufacturers. It also checks start-up behaviour of the LINAC (with STARCHECK detectors only).
MultiCheck LINAC QC Software
The MultiCheck LINAC QC Software is a software program to check the consistent performance of linear accelerators by using PTW 2D ion chamber arrays.
The software program is suitable for fast and easy daily constancy tests of photon and electron beams from LINACs using PTW 2D arrays. It checks flatness, symmetry, dose deviation in the central axes, wedge angle of dynamic, virtual and fixed wedges as well as the congruency of light and radiation fields.
The MultiCheck LINAC QC Software checks beam quality with BQ-CHECK phantom and compares all parameters to a reference data record and displays deviations.
The software enables tracking parameters via a statistic function aswell as creates a comprehensive data analysis according to selectable dosimetry protocols and the protocols of the accelerator manufacturers. It provides snapshoot mode for fast checking of the beam and analysis results can be exported to Track-it.
The OCTAVIUS® 4D is a true independent 4D dose verification. It provides dose measurements inside the entire phantom volume.
The OCTAVIUS® 4D has a unique rotating phantom offering for perfect isotropic measurement geometry. The unit has a modular phantom with exchangeble tops aswell as a superior ionization chamber technology.
The OCTAVIUS® 4D is phantom suitable for different detector arrays. It is also suitable for FFF LINACs.
The OCTAVIUS® 4D has a failed point analysis in patient contours with DVH analysis option.
OCTAVIUS® I, 1000 SRS
The OCTAVIUS® I-1000 SRS is a IMRT patient plan verification and LINAC QA for small fields. It has 977 liquid filled ionisation chambers 1.
The OCTAVIUS® I-1000 SRS Detector comes in size 2.3 mm x 2.3 mm x 0.5 mm and has a spacing of 2.5 mm (center area). The maximum field size 11 cm x 11 cm.
The OCTAVIUS® I-1000 SRS has the best available field coverage and is very suitable for very small fields.
OCTAVIUS® I, 1500
The OCTAVIUS® I-1500 is a IMRT patient plan verification and LINAC QA. It provides a matrix of 1405 detectors resulting in an effective measuring field of 27 cm x 27 cm.
The OCTAVIUS® I-1500 has a diagonal detector spacing of 7.1 mm, aswell as the best available field coverage of 50 %. It avoids detector ageing effects by utilizing ion chambers.
The OCTAVIUS® I-1500 has a gold Standard ionization chamber technology with absolute dose calibration at 60Co. Each one detector has multiple applications which is suitable for FFF LINACs.
QUICKCHECK (webline) ®Constancy Test Device
The QUICKCHECK (webline) ®Constancy Test Device is a compact and easy to use portable check device for daily constancy tests.
The test Device is suitable for all LINACs including FFF and uses sturdy ionization chambers. It connects via USB, RS232 or TCP/IP to a computer or network.
The QUICKCHECK (webline) ®Constancy Test Device is a remote device control software that includes automatic beam quality check. It also features cordless operation with rechargeable batteries.
The test Device has a comprehensive software package included.
STARCHECK (maxi) Full Size Chamber Array
The STARCHECK (maxi) Chamber Array is a Chamber matrix system to measure high resolution star profiles for fields up to 40 cm x 40 cm. It measures high-resolution (3 mm) profiles along the principal axes and along the diagonals.
The STARCHECK (maxi) Chamber Array also checks the start-up behaviour and checks congruence between light field and radiation field and beam quality with dedicated phantoms.
Track-it is a comprehensive software for QA data tracking. It tracks and manage all of your QA data efficiently on one single platform and share it within your organization.
The software export analyzed QA data from your PTW QA software to Track-it with the click of a single button. At the same time it gives easy access to your data from any network device simply by using a standard web browser.
Track-It can add custom data manually or import external QA data via open XML interface. It personalize your data view by adding and/or removing parameters or data types to see only the data that interests you, conveniently on one screen. The software immediately spot deviations of selected data types, e.g., CAX or symmetry. It shows trends of selected data types to recognize outliers and deviations from previously defined limits more easily.
Track-it will track the current status of your QA tasks (completed or open, pass or fail) from anywhere in your network, aswell as it uses predefined or custom protocol templates, e.g.,for AAPM TG-142 or DIN, to quickly collect the QA data you need. The software can document results and print them for sign-off using custom reports.
VeriSoft Verification Software
The VeriSoft Verification Software is a IMRT patient plan verification software. It has DVH analysis in patient anatomy based on measured data independent from TPS 3D volume analysis.
The VeriSoft Verification Software has 2D/3D Gamma index analysis aswell as profile and dose distribution overlays. It has dose-difference distributions and a results summary with “traffic light” indicator. It provides gamma histograms and patient CT overlay.
